I took my car to Les Schwab 3 times, and PAID THEM TWICE to adjust the steering and the car never handled right. Finally I went to Sierra Nevada. They refused to perform any adjustments until almost every component of the steering was replaced (including wheel bearings) and made these recommendations at NO CHARGE! I replaced the parts and took the car back for an alignment and the car steers LIKE NEW again! They even took care of a loose ball joint at no extra charge. Upon inspecting the parts I changed on my car, I found they were completely worn out. Les Schwab kept taking my money and NEVER said a word about the front end being shot! BRAVO to Sierra Nevada on Main Street Placerville! Your integrity and professional workmanship have won my business from here on out!!
